Imagine this: you wake up refreshed every day, ready to take on the world. You’re not only managing your responsibilities but also mastering them. You’re leading your team to bring out their best while keeping burnout at bay. Sounds too good to be true? Well, believe it or not, it’s attainable.

Therapy is an opportunity to talk about issues that are important to the you, the client. During this time, you can discuss them with a trained objective person (your therapist) to help you work through current situations, future/expected situations as well as gain clarity & understanding on past patterns or experiences. This is a collaborative process and in my approach you and I work as a team to create a safe space and ensure you are progressing as well as getting the most of your sessions.

Thirty to sixty minutes total. Clients can have therapy on a weekly or biweekly (every other week) cadence. Length of time in treatment varies from client to client . Client and Clinician will work together to frequently evaluate what works best to fit the clients circumstance and functioning needs.
