The Professional.
The Woman.
The Human beneath it all.
Hey There, I’m Indya!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, trauma-informed therapist, and burnout & reinvention coach—but those titles are only part of my story.
I know what it means to be capable, accomplished, and deeply responsible for others while quietly realizing that the way you’ve been carrying it all is no longer sustainable.
My own life has required me to navigate motherhood, leadership, entrepreneurship, major transitions, and seasons that challenged the way I understood strength, success, and even myself.
Along the way, I learned that resilience isn’t just about how much you can withstand. Sometimes it looks like slowing down, tending to yourself, rebuilding differently, and giving yourself permission to evolve.
That understanding shapes how I show up in this work: honoring the professional, the woman, and the whole human being in front of me.
The Resilient Wings Approach:
Care for the whole person—not just the problem.
At Resilient Wings, I believe meaningful change begins with understanding the whole of who you are—not simply fixing what feels difficult.
We’ll make space for your experiences, responsibilities, patterns, strengths, needs, and the season of life you’re in. Together, we can understand what’s working, what no longer fits, and what may need to be healed, strengthened, reimagined, or rebuilt.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I’ll meet you where you are, while also helping you move toward where you want to be—with thoughtful reflection, honest conversations, and tools you can actually use beyond our time together.
Because the goal isn’t simply to get through what’s in front of you. It’s to create sustainable change that supports your well-being, your growth, and who you’re becoming.
The Experience Behind the Work
For more than 12 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of mental health, trauma, resilience, leadership, and personal development—supporting people through some of life’s most demanding seasons.
My work has taken me from clinical practice to community mental health, leadership, organizational wellness, and coaching. Across every setting, I’ve seen the same truth: people are more than the challenge in front of them.
I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to this work—because meaningful support should honor the whole person, not just the role they hold or the problem they’re trying to solve.
Through our work together, I’ve evolved in so many areas of my life—from how I navigate my career and relationships to how I understand myself and approach challenges. She creates a space that is both supportive and growth-focused, and I leave our sessions with practical tools, new perspectives, and clear ways to handle situations I may not have known how to navigate before. I can genuinely see how much I’ve grown as a person through our work together.
